They are still art. And there are still places where we could read them better, like fanfiction.net or deviantart, etc.
They aren't that far away from each other. We can't tell people not to reply in that thread just because someone's story isn't finished. Though, if a large amount of writing and all that is made, then a writing forum may be more plausbile.
As it stands, they are close enough and have the same meaning and will eb applied the same way, different categories or not.
The only reason why manga and anime are separate is because their stories are different, some of the time and some things come out sooner than others, or later, etc.
Writing and art are only here to serve for entertainment purposes, really. The forum could do without them, since the anime club focuses more on anime and manga (all types). Though if you all want fanfiction and drawings to have a greater hand in the club, you could speak up and say so in the agenda. Maybe it could turn into an activity.

Though, since manga contains books (or at least you can bring up books in the manga section), I guess we could just change them all to what you watch, what you read, and your art. That way everyone's happy.
