| who is your favorite mangaka? Why do you like them; is it the art style; there story plots or stuff like that. How many works have you read of the certain artists. _________________ Banner made by me; my rp character. |

| Yep. Manga-ka is a term for the artist or writer I believe of the manga. _________________ Also Fuko=LOVE! |

| One I can think of on the top of my head is Clamp. I love mainly love their art. Some stuff they have done (that I have read) are Chobits, Cardcaptors, and Code Geass. They're art is done quite well as the characters have a much more serious tone, I guess, to them. I have a few others ones that I can't think of at the moment. _________________ | Quote: | | Ah I've got it.... we make a movie and have someone yell, HOLY SH17 IT'S FORT GOD!!! |

| Not a serious manga reader, I don't know many mangaka...but I do remember reading a book about the different styles of manga, and the one that stood out the most was by an artist named "Nin"? Anyone help me out here? Had some really sharp lines, bright colors and had the (imo) perfect anime proportions.
Also, I thought Clamp was like a circle that did character designs? Not entirely sure, again I don't read that much, I could be completely wrong. One of the reasons I didn't watch Code Geass is because the characters were way too skinny and their arms hanged to their knees >_< |

| Alright, now I have favorite mangakas. Eiichrio Oda for One Piece and Azuma Kiyohiko for Yostuba and Azumanga Daioh. Oda's pretty inspiring since he pretty much created the foundings of One Piece at 17. Azuma is just made of awesome. He knows how to make the plainest things adorable and/or exciting/interesting. |
