May I ask what program you use to make .gifs? I used Virtual Dub to get the stuff I want, and then I import to Image Ready... but it kinda sucks.

The program is called Movie To a GIF. It's nice and easy to use. Just select the time frame within the video and export as a gif.
The only downside is that it only uses .avi files.
All of my K-ON episodes are .mkv, so I have to convert them beforehand. >.> |
